We're committed to providing the most luxurious, low cost condo on Maui. Keeping true to that commitment, we offer our Maui condo to you for $85/night all year - no matter the season.
$200 non-refundable deposit required upon booking (applied to your stay.) 11.42%
tax and an $80 cleaning fee will also be applied.
Cancellations: If the reservation is cancelled
prior to 60 days of check-in, only the deposit will be forfeited. No refund

from the air. Helicopter tours depart daily to whisk you away
to parts of the island rarely seen by anyone. For those that want
to wish to keep it closer to the ground, there are numerous ground

You have it decorated so cool. We loved the pool, and the neighbors were so friendly. It was such a great location for us to just go do whatever we wanted (from Bad Ass coffee to BIG BEACH). "This was our 4th trip to Maui and we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this unit in Kalama Terrace. Kihei is the most central, affordable, tourist friendly area on the island and this property and especially this unit is a great value. The property is in the middle of S. Kihei a couple of blocks back from Charlie Young beach (back from the main street and all the related noise and traffic).... We especially loved the fact that ours was one of only a handful of units that faced the courtyard so our lanai overlooking the pool was private and quiet and the tops of the trees helped screen us from the other buildings. The laundry is at the bottom of the stairs and is modern and
clean - the entire property is very clean and well maintained. We had a great time and plan on returning next year. We heartily recommend this unit/property."
